Terms

Short, because a term nobody reads protects nobody. Write to hello@canaryflock.com if any of it is unclear — that is a faster route to an answer than a lawyer for both of us.

What the service is

CanaryFlock sends a population of simulated users through a web page you nominate and reports where they stopped, who stopped there, and what they appeared to be trying to do. The simulated users are software. Their ages and digital-skill levels are drawn from published Eurostat statistics; how they then behave is a model.

The results are not a forecast. They describe what happened inside a simulation. They are not a prediction of your conversion rate, your churn, your revenue or the behaviour of any real person, and nothing here is calibrated against a business outcome. Treat a finding as a place worth looking at.

What you may point it at

A site you own, operate, or are authorised to test. That is the whole rule and it is not negotiable.

Our requests identify themselves as CanaryFlock/1.0 and come from a published address, so anybody can see us coming and let us through — or keep us out.

Plans, packs and payment

Refunds

If the service does not work as described, tell us and we will refund the period or the pack in question. We would rather do that than argue about it. Stablecoin payments are refunded to an address you give us, less the network fee.

Your data and ours

Your runs, traces and findings are yours. We do not publish them, show them to other customers, or use them to sell to anybody else. If we ever want to publish a run as an example, we will ask you first and take no for an answer.

What we store and who else sees it is set out in the privacy policy, including the one thing that surprises people: the pages you test are read by a language model.

Availability, and what happens when it breaks

There is no uptime guarantee on the trial or the smaller plans. We watch the service from two places and fix what breaks, and if a run fails because of us you keep the allowance. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it — which is a way of saying this is a tool for finding usability problems, not a system to run anything critical on.

Ending it

Close your account whenever you like; one email does it. We may suspend an account that is pointing the tool at sites it has no business testing, and we will say why.

Which law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
